Umm... sb 55 monks are still a lot faster Guitary. Warrior's aren't gonna beat something that can successfully tank and kill almost any npc monster. I'm glad to see another warrior build for UW though.

hey guitary, im interested in how you've changed the build since i havent been able to get into uw for a while because of favor problems.

and also, if you could test this for me, i was wondering if Price of Failure would work on casters as well, like if they missed with wand attacks, since the skill description says

Yes, they will miss with wand attacks although depending on where you are with this build, casters will outdamage heal sig very very fast. As with my little adjustments....I'll keep that a secret until i feel kind enough to give it away

Edit: Enfeebling blood instead of enfeeble, i can take on 2 aataxes at a time, hell of alot faster, and takes a bit of the sting out of the smites, also drop a stance or so...well theres your first clues....

I decided i was feeling slightly kind momenterally after i posted lol

with some of the worst drop rates in the game, youd think fow armor wouldnt require so many ecto and shards. its rediculous. with 0-2 drops per run its totally not worth it time & money wise.

what also pisses me off is ive been to uw several times recently and havent seen an ecto. then i went last night and 3 dropped for the same guy within 20 minutes out of 4 of us. that was so fked up

Yeah it happens, but if you feel that bad about it tell your group to do a split...say you clear most of uw with 4 drops, you split the cash of what they are worth between you...thats why my guild does, in duo the most ecto's on a smite + icequeen run was 9 ecto's, was a while back though....

and 5 of them were of aataxes. I really only go there for the fun of it and the adrenaline rushes you get with solo and duo

Worst my guild and i got was 1 ecto after clearing most of underworld WITH most of quests done...its all about luck.

, I gave you 1 skill, and a clue *naming the stance dropped is disaplined stance*...to much energy, to short duriation, and armour is not needed with enfeeble + dolyaks. Many better better skills could be inplace of it. Oh and you can solo smites with the origional build, just takes donkeys years.

Thanks, alot. I was actually trying to let you guys have some fun trying to figure out the skills....as i said i dropped disaplined, and swiched enfeeble out for somthing. I was actually going to post the 2 skill changes, i posted one and the second one as a matter of fact is desecrate enchantments....You should safely be able to tank 5 maybe 6 pushing it smites, the speeds it up greatly, and with 6 smites on you with bonetti's energy is no problem.
Anyway, thanks for your...errr pleasent responce to me trying to let you guys have a bit of fun.

what exactly do you mean by

10+4 Tactics
10+1 Strength
11 Curses

You have 10 base tactics, superior rune of tactics, and an helm that boosts tactics by one, 10 base strength plus a minor rune of strength, 11 base curses?

how do you keep your energy up in this build? i tried it out and had major problems keeping a stance on AND keeping price of failure on the aatxe.

As guitary said, Disciplined Stance isn't needed, as you can just go Glad (11) -> Shield (19)-> (short) bonetti's -> Glad (11) -> full bonetti's (11) -> Shield (19) -> bonetti's -> Glad -> bonetti's -> shield
Doing so will help out your energy too (for PoF)

If you have factions having enfeebling touch instead of enfeeble would be nice too, extra damage (38) for 5 seconds longer recharge (10 total), but weakness lasts the same length (16 seconds), and it's a skill so aataxes wouldn't try to savage slash it (unlike enfeeble which was a spell so it could be interrupted incase you get unlucky).

I don't really know what you could put for the extra slot since I haven't used this build for a long time (I use the reposte build now). Others can advise you better than me on that.

i mainly use disciplined stance as crisis management incase i accidentally misclick after typing something.

and for energy, let bonetti's run as long as possible, and cast PoF while you are in bonetti's if you can so that you can stil gain energy from the aataxe during the 3 second casting of PoF.

im thinking of making a video, so does anyone know a good recording program? i tried fraps, but the files were way too big : /
